Use of Our Services

Ego Digital Group provides media, branding, design, software, digital, promotional, and related business services.

Information on this website is provided for general business and service purposes only. Use of the website or apps does not by itself create a client relationship.

Accounts and Client Portal

Some services are available only through invited accounts issued by Ego Digital Group staff.

Accounts may belong to individuals or companies. If an account is used on behalf of a company, that company is responsible for its authorized users.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or deactivate access where necessary for security, misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment under applicable agreements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services unlawfully
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing materials
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the services
  • Upload harmful code or malicious content
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the website, apps, or client portal
  • Access information or accounts without authorization

Client Materials

You may submit files, project materials, receipts, source code, credentials, and other content as needed for service delivery. You confirm that you have the right to provide such materials.

Deliverables and Ownership

Ownership of deliverables is governed by the signed agreement with the client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Final deliverables belong to the client
  • Ego Digital Group may retain copies for recordkeeping, support, maintenance, and future work requested by the client
  • Ego Digital Group retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methods, and infrastructure

Portfolio Use

We may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

All pricing, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, and refund terms are governed by signed agreements with clients.

Any pricing or service information shown publicly is informational only unless confirmed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All website, application, branding, design, text, graphics, code, and related materials owned by Ego Digital Group remain our property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse our materials without written permission.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content available through our services infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may send a written complaint to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ego Digital Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, apps, client portal, or related services.

Where services are provided under a signed client agreement, that agreement controls.

Disputes

Before formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Duhok, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Language

If these Terms are translated into Arabic or Kurdish Sorani, the English version controls in case of inconsistency.
